Roleplay software only

Signal Tone Systems provides CAD, dispatch, radio, map, account and community management tools for gaming and roleplay communities. The service does not contact real emergency services and must not be used for real emergency reporting.

Accounts and access

Community access is controlled by community owners, administrators and assigned permissions. You are responsible for keeping your account, Discord account and any integration credentials secure.

Community data

Communities are responsible for the records, characters, incidents, attachments, member assignments and configuration they enter. Company staff may access data as needed for support, billing, security and abuse prevention.

Integrations

Discord, FiveM, live map, radio, 911 voice, billing and other integrations require correct customer-provided configuration. Third-party service outages or account restrictions may affect availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, harassment, credential theft, real emergency operations, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts or communities to protect the platform.

Availability

The service is provided for roleplay operations and may change as features are updated. Self-hosted deployments are responsible for their own server, backups, DNS, SSL and network configuration.
