Information we process

Signal Tone Systems may process account details, community membership, CAD records, attachments, audit logs, Discord identifiers, FiveM identifiers, integration settings, billing status and support information.

How information is used

Information is used to operate CAD features, authenticate users, enforce permissions, support communities, maintain audit trails, troubleshoot integrations, secure the platform and manage subscriptions.

Discord and FiveM linking

Discord and FiveM identifiers are used to connect an account to community roles, game identity, tablet login, duty sessions and optional integration checks. Tokens and secrets should only be entered by authorized administrators.

Data controls

Community owners and administrators control most community records and member access. Self-hosted deployments are responsible for server security, backups, retention policies and access to their own environment.

Security

The platform uses account sessions, role checks, audit logging and encrypted integration secrets where configured. No system can guarantee perfect security, so administrators should protect credentials and review access regularly.

Third parties

Optional services such as Discord, Stripe, FiveM, live map providers, voice services and email providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Contact

Questions about privacy or data handling should be sent to your community owner or Signal Tone Systems company contact.
